Richard Hu (a.k.a. Forged Reigns, b. 2002) is a Canadian-born Chinese pianist, composer, producer, and DJ based in Toronto, Canada. His music has a focus on the trance and hard dance genres, taking heavy inspiration from rhythm game music and the Japanese doujinshi music scene at large.

Richard made his rhythm game debut with his track Demonkin featured in Phigros in 2022 and has since appeared on various netlabels since. Appearances include compilations from the Shanghai-based hard dance label Silent Xords, Kreuzwave, 卉HUI-Works, and DON'T LΣT STU. His solo releases include his debut album titled A Different Kind of Evil, released in April 2023, and his 2nd album titled HIGH HORSEPOWER, published by Kreuzwave in October 2024.

Richard is currently studying at Queen's University in Kingston as a Bachelor of Music student. His mentors include Dina Namer for piano, Dr. Matt Rogalsky and Dr. Christopher Mayo for electroacoustic and electronic composition, and Dr. John Burge for acoustic composition.
